Phantom assasin is a farm based hero. If you cant farm you are a rabbit.For this reason you can make a early fighter with this build.Armlet is good for early fighting (regen,hp and attack speed bonuses).If you can use armlet quickly you are a hard-killing badass.By the otherhand echo sabre's double hit can crit twice (if you are lucky) and slowing blinked enemies.You can dodge a lot of skills with manta , you can make damage with diffusal blade .Just try
