ok the item build may seem a little bizzare but i think it is great.The item build goes like (tango, 2 slippers , 2 branches) then you go for ( 2 wraith bands and boots and a salve if needed) then you have to take (power threads and mask of madness) mask of madness will give you extra speed if you want to evade but also extra attacking speed and life steal for farming, pvping and taking towers. then you will go for a yasha upgrading into manta style then depending on the game you will want to go for a daedalus or bkb! if you have good farming and have made enough kills go for daedalus if they other team harash you a lot in team fights or you want a little more survivability go for a bkb first.Now in the late game you want to take butterfly to finish the game or satanic for satanic sale mask of madness cause in that stage of the game it won't do much of the difference ! also you can sale bkb for linken sphere. my ideal full built will be sth like this (boots of travel,dadeulus , butterfly,satanic, manta , linken sphere)
ok the skill build for drow is quite set i think
you maximize your frost arrow first and at lvl 7 you have max frost arrow and one point in each other skill. typically you want to max precision aura second but if you are against some power casters choose to take one point first for silence. ultimate at 6/11/16
