Lets make this short and sweet: You will be yelled at for this build. However, its a lot of fun if you can pull it off.
Wraith Bands, they're good. Get 2-3 of them to help out your agility and last hitting earlier on in the game, especially with the Aura drow gives based on her agility.
Boots, they're necessary of course.
Getting the Morbid Mask will help you sustain in lane and stay around for more last hitting time.
Now, the Mask of Madness after treads is an important timing. Getting that item along with a level 11 will let you easily solo Roshan, therefore massively boosting your overall XP and gold. You can turn the Rosh into kills and a simple Yasha pickup and either a Blink Dagger or a Shadowblade, which will help you initiate or split push lanes to further snowball your lead.
From here, you may want to go for the Black King Bar if the game is looking to be difficult and the other team has a lot of lockdown and magic damage. Just generally a good item.
If not, a Manta Style, Deadalus, and/or Butterfly will easily turn you into a right clicking monster and pushing power.
Frost Arrows is a good spell. However, the whole point of this build is to build up your stats and your aura to become a pure strong right-clicker with the aura and high agility.
