The reason I wanted to make this build is because it was the first one I have created and every game that I have played since making it I have out performed as a player. The one thing I will say is make sure you have teammates that can carry and be cohesive and know how to play as a team and as an individual. The main reason I lose even though I outplay people is because its extremely difficult to win with a sub pair group of people.
Now for the actually skills in the first twelve you can pick and choose depending on how the game is going where you out skills but by the 11 level you need to have the 3 skill at least at 3 so as you fight in lanes the creeps get a nice boost. For getting everything as soon as possible think hit and run tactics for the start and strike when it is the most opportune. Rangers are hit and run experts so use them as how they should be played.
