Dazzle can be played as a support, but his skills and stats also make him suitable to a sort of semi-carry role.
Early game, use your good base damage to control the lane. Latter on, you have 3 skills that keep your team alive while your ult turns the enemy into fragile targets over time.
All your skills deal physical damage. This means they get stronger if you use you ult first to reduce their armor. By the way, don't be picky about using your ult - it has a very low CD.
Wave works by healing/damaging in an AoE around each bounce. This means it works best if the units are clustered close together.
