Bloodseeker is HIGHLY dependent on last hits. kills and denies. you will not auto hit your way to victory with this guy. The better your last hit game the more fun you will have with this hero.
This is the best chaser in the game! But if you are chasing and dying to additional heros jumping in it isn't bad luck, it's your bad play. Good teams will draw you into traps think of where you are and who you can see on the minimap.

Don't pick bloodseeker if the other team has:
Illusion heroes i.e. Phantom Lancer, Chaos Knight or Naga Siren. Your late game blood bath heals keep you in fights. Illusions do not count. You are fleshy.

Early harass i.e. Viper, Huskar and to a degree Tinker. Your early farm is important these guys will shut you down

Lots of late game disable.
you can take on a disruptor, you can take on a Quas Wex invoker, but together late game they will not be nice to you

Also, Natural Linken's Sphere carries are tricky. use forcestaff or bloodrage to proc it first.

Do Pick Bloodseeker if:
The other team has heroes with high mobility like Anti-Mage, Lycan, Luna, Queen of Pain or Night Stalker suffer devastating damage when Ruptured as they are chasing or running away.

Skill talk

Bloodrage
Drives a unit into a bloodthirsty rage, during which it has higher attack damage, but cannot cast spells and takes damage every second. Bloodrage dispels the target before applying its buff.
Range: 800
Duration: 6/7/8/9
Increased damage: 30%/60%/90%/120%
Damage Per Second: 20

1.The silence on this can not be dispelled or purged by anything.
2.The damage % increase only applies to base damage (written in white) which means only damage from levels and Agi.
3. the damage over time can be used to deny and kill.

-This skill is leveled at 5 and after generally speaking. It's % of damage increase which means it is a very poor damage increase early game, thirst has a better early game impact, especially if your have a team with AOE nukes, yet the damage increase from bloodrage late game is epic.
The mana cost on this is quite expensive and using it to farm or easier last hit, steals from your ulti. Just not worth it.

Blood Bath
Bloodseeker revels in combat, regaining health with every unit he kills or whenever an enemy Hero dies within a 325 radius of Bloodseeker. The health gained is a percentage of the killed unit's maximum HP.
Regeneration from
Hero's maximum HP: 10%/20%/30%/40%
Regeneration from
Creep's maximum HP: 10%/15%/20%/25%

-This skill defines Bloodseeker. He gains health from all last hits; neutral, friendly and enemy including seige creeps. If you want to do well with this hero make sure your last hit game is tip top.
-You get the heal as long as YOU get the kill regardless of distance and method.
-if a hero falls and you are close (350) you get a heal then too

-I like to get this leveled quickly at least to 2 by level 5, makes some clutch tower diving really rewarding.
-Be ballsy, if you can get the kill you will get a heal. keep an eye on the mini map, try to calculate how much damage you can take and how much your opponent will give you, killing a str hero will likely be a massive heal.

Thirst
Enables Bloodseeker to sense enemy Heroes with health below a certain percentage wherever they are, giving him vision of that unit, increased movement speed and increased damage. Bonuses stack per Hero. Bloodseeker gains True Sight of enemy Heroes below half their visiblity threshold.
Radius: Global
Duration: Until no nearby valid target exists
Bonus movement speed: 5%/15%/25%/35%
Bonus damage: 5/15/25/35
Thirst HP percentage detection: 50% of target HP (True sight is 25%)

vision:
Hero's below 50% health are visible but give no vision around them, if they are jungling you can't even see the type of neutrals they are hitting. At 25% you get true sight on them but still no vision around them.

Move speed:
Yup, you can run fecking fast. Remember once everyone is dead your back to a mortals speed and you will need to get somewhere safe, remember this when your level 9 and chasing to the fountain.

Damage:
This damage increase is over looked and it is so dangerous. I level this early, it makes a big difference early. At level 2 with only two stacks you get 30 Extra damage, plus 30% move speed for no mana cost and with little visual indicators. perfect tower dive moment!

Rupture
Causes an enemy unit's skin to rupture, dealing massive damage. If the unit moves while under the effect of Rupture, it takes a percentage of the distance traveled as damage.
Range: 1000
Duration: 7/8/9
Initial damage: 150/250/350
Distance moved damage: 20%/40%/60%

-Before you use this on a caster silence them with bloodrage
-Most people know not to run when they have this on them so a force staff is a great buy: using a force staff on affected unit will deal 120/240/360 damage.
There are some great combos with this ulti and others skills. anything that makes a hero move will work provided they don't move more than 1300 in 0.25 seconds so hooks and relocates are basically insta-kills.

Items

Early
Stout shield, tango and quelling blade to start with are solid starts. Tank item, healing, Help with last hitting.

A poor mans shield helps increase damage for further easy of last hitting which in turn helps with healing (Blood Bath), Bracer gives you some more damage and Health and threads for damage, attack speed and movement.

Mid Game
From here on you need to judge how your game is going.
If there is lots of disable, BKB soon be prepared to buy a new one late game.
If you struggled early, finish the drums and get in the jungle the move and attack speed will help and the mana means you can bloodrage a little more and farm quickly - get them ancients!
If you are getting those kills from chasing and hitting guys get sange and yasha
If you're struggling to escape or your ulti just isn't finishing em Force staff
If you are wrecking them all and are super rich consider a butterfly rush.

Either way you should get all these items, the extra movement, attack speed , damage, health and utility from force staff & BKB will make you a hated enemy.

Do not buys: Lifesteal, radiance, blade mail.
If you are in fights where you need extra lifesteal, you are under leveled, poor and your game is already over.
Radiance is a strong item, but Bloodrage will not multiply its damage, thus it's usefulness falls of after mid game.
blade mail... you are an agi hero, you don't need armour, the damage is minor and doesn't stack with Bloodrage, the damage return is small and you don't have the health to tank much anyway. its a nice idea that falls short when you really break it down.

Luxury Items
AC - it tanks you up and gives you an attack speed that when combined with Bloodrage should have you melting things
Mjollinr - has you hitting faster and harder than AC with those procs getting creep kills to keep you going
desolator - if you are against harder tanks like DK
Shadow blade - for more escapes and fun initiates
eye of skaldi - is there anyone this is bad for?
sheep stick - a disable, stats and mana

Chapter Title

Tips:

Silence casters with blood rage, get your ulti on them then chase and punch, if they are still about force staff them before the ulti is over to finish them off.

After the early game DO NOT cast bloodrage non caster, it will only make them stronger.

never stop farming, if your moving across the map hit the neutrals on the way
