Sange and Yasha is useless, you could still get a Manta Style instead.

First of all you have two orb effects. Drop that sange and yasha, it's an item that shouldn't be bought in any kind of situation since it's horrible(Plus you already have a maim with your passive...). Treads into Vlad into deso is the usual BH starter build but going for basher/crit isn't good because: A) You don't have the attack speed to support basher. B) Your lifepool is extremely low.

Bounty hunter's purpose is to quickly eliminate targets before you get dusted/revealed, thus the reason why you can't rely on a build where you need crits to get damage(You also get a crit with your passive. Double crit is only for the show and it's useless, which is why you're way better off with either MKB if you're against an agi carry going Bfly or going Bfly.

That said, there's already a guide with the item build pointed above: http://www.dotafire.com/dota-2/guide/madmoose-presents-the-big-bad-bounty-hunter-460
