Chaos Knight is hard carry that can get kills in early becouse of his high attack damage.His stun is perfect for lane kills. Quite tanky early on so use this to get farm when against range heroes.If going up against enemy offlane try to kill him as many times as you can.
For new players get lifesteal first so you can jungle if you get behind in farm.At lvl 11 try to gank enemy carry becouse u are in 90% of the times stronget then him.
