Start with the hatchet to last hit as many creeps as possible. You have to hard farm. Take boots and masks for mana regen. Then make the orchid from masks, it'll give you mana regen, mana pool, attack speed and even some damage. It's all what you need. Complete boots. You can buy boots of travel if your farm is very good. Finish skullbasher and now you can farm some noobs Your team utility is insane. Run on haste, attack, bash and wait for your teammates to come
For your late game just stack attack speed.
