When you play Techies you want as much mana regen as possible so you can keep planting bombs everywhere because you can never have to many bombs. Ok another thing is where ever there is mana regen.. there is mana so if you keep getting regen items you also get a decent amount of mana. Another bonus is where ever there is mana regen there is health regen well with most items but the point is if you get hurt 1. GTFO OF THERE! 2.You regen fast so you can go back plant bombs and wait for those mofo's to come back and KABOOM!
