Blood needs to survive early in the game to get better.
I would buy wraith band, stout shield and/or tangos at the start of the game

No reason to not take bloodrage, and no reason to get vlads because of bloodbath.

Bloodrage is what makes you annoying in the lane especially against heavy spammers, a situational pickup but still worth it anytime, also where's your Force Staff?
