Introduction

My personal opinion leads me to believe that Crystal Maiden is one of the most difficult support characters to play properly. Although playing decently as Crystal Maiden isnt the most difficult thing in the world, she is capable of having an astounding impact on all stages of the game if her abilities are utilized properly. This, combined with the free usefulness that her amazing aura offers makes her easily one of the most sought out support characters, especially in a mana intensive lineup. Her aura is not only useful for her teammates, but allows her to forego any sort of mana regeneration, which only adds to her already robust item independence and gives her the ability to focus elsewhere, in items that can turn her into a force to be reckoned with at little cost. Although we will be focusing on the babysitter version of Crystal Maiden, she can also be a viable roamer.
