Overview

Buy nothing at start. You won't need branches or healing potions because you will be hanging back and letting Iron Shell get you gold. Hope no one sees you with no items, or they will think you are a complete noob :D. It will be really obvious if they try to attack you on mid because they will have to walk around the creep with the iron shell to get to you. Just move back temporarily if they do that. Hang back far enough to get exp, don't bother with denying and last hitting. Your Iron shell will get you loads of last hits.

Use Iron Shell on any melee creep except the first one in the group. Place the iron shell when the creep is at your tower. If you have the mana, put another shell Iron shell when the cooldown has finished.

You will quickly get the 200 or so gold to afford a Void Stone which can be as soon as the second creep wave! Stick an iron shell on a creep, surge to secret shop and buy Void Stone. Surge back. You will probably be Level 2 with 2.5+ mana regen now.

Then save up 875 gold and buy Health ring. You will probably be able to afford it around level 5.

Now you need to save up 3300, then go the secret shop and now you got Bloodstone!.

Within 15-20 minutes, you'll have Bloodstone, and will have knocked down their tower due to your creeps pushing.

Bloodstone is better the earlier you get it because it becomes more powerful the more enemies die around you. So if you get 10 hero deaths around you that will means an extra:
10 mana regen
250 less gold deducted on death
Respawn time reduced by 40 seconds
300 extra hp boost to allies if you die

If the opponent on mid is a melee it will be really funny because they will be running back all the time. 2 iron shells means that they will be chased by 1 of them half the time! lol. They will probably have to keep buying salves or tangos.
