Attack Speed Juggernaut

Explanation

Juggernaut is about speed; his ultimate is made for it. Each slash deals 175-250 damage, with an interval of 0.4 seconds. If you can attack faster than 0.4 times a second you can deal an additional slash (with regular attacks) in between each of his regular slashes.

This effect is not a static change; Juggernaut's ultimate gets stronger the more you stack attack speed. The only downside to this is that the effectiveness of attack speed has diminishing returns and raising his attack speed beyond 450 (350 + 100 from Mask of Madness) will minimally increase the strength of Juggernaut's ultimate.

The second benefit to Juggernaut's ultimate is that because you can perform regular attacks in between you can benefit from procs on weapons such as Monkey King Bar and Abyssal Blade which are also great sources of raw damage.

In the end you are able to slash 24 times per Omnislash with the added benefit of occasional stuns. The greatest thing about this build is that by the time you reach levels 16-20 and you reach Mjollnir you will already be able to slash upwards of 17 times.

The only downside is that if your opponents get a Ghost Sceptre or a Shadow Blade they can cancel your ultimate by activating them. If there is another viable victim within range, then they have only delayed their death and sentenced a teammate to be felled instead.

The math for determining your number of slashes is:
(A/401)*(S-1)+S
Where A is your current attack speed, and S is the number of slashes Juggernaut's Omnislash currently performs.
