Lemme Introduce you to Nyx, One of DOTA's most Powerful Nuker heroes although despite being an Agility Hero Nyx relies mostly on his Skills and a trusty Dagon to help get kills, though he is a Support / Nuker he can also be played as a Semi-Carry or a Hunter (A Hero Who hunts Carries to prevent them from getting Gold and XP)but starts to need support later on in the game to get a proper Kill.
Pros:
1: Relatively Powerful early on and can scale pretty well with item
2: Can babysit (lane with and help him/her farm) carries
3: Ultimate with a 0 second fade time
4: Works incredibly well with Keeper Of The Light and Crystal Maiden
5: Second Largest base HP regeneration (3.2 per second)
6: Very Small Presence early on (Free Farming Made Possible)
7: Can Solo a Trilane(Lane filled with 3 enemy Hereos as long as he has enough Mana
8: Best Played at the Mid lane
Cons
1: Small HP through out the game
2: People who know how dangerous you are will aim at you first
3: Low Strength gain
4: Usually Under farmed
5: Your team will likely have you play support
Nyx Assassin is a very Flexible hero but he has a few limits and the most restricting one would be the gold he earns without kills (extremely hard to get gold because his attack animation is slightly Longer than what it looks like)and his low resistance (which can be used as an advantage at a certain extent) so as much as possible early on take as much last hits as you can (even if it under farms a carry you're laned with but don't take kills if you're gonna creep farm then let your lane mate get kills) and spam Impale at enemy heroes as much as possible because later on you're Ultimate can finish them off that plus the Mana Burn and BTW Do not Jungle with this guy but you can help a Jungler by using Impale then
letting them last hit.
Always Initiate A Gank or Clash By Starting off with Vendetta then hitting the weakest Hero you find then use Impale on them (Try to hit as many heroes as you can and Intelligence based Heroes are the best targets with the exception of Necrophos)then wait for 2 seconds then activate your Spiked Carapace and let them hit you once then use you Dagon on your primary target (Or Ethereal then Dagon if you have both)and then run to let you're team take over. Try to not Kill Steal as much as possible but when you're Under Farmed that might be an option.
