You can archive it until he responds, sure. Where it says "Edit", it should have something near it that says "Archive". Click that.
We really discourage simply copying and pasting guides from another site, even if you give credit to the original author. Here, you didn't even mention that it isn't your guide. Unless you have the author's permission to bring his guide to this site, this guide will be deleted.
I have actually send a pm at playdota,to the author.Whenever he wants it down i will delete it.
Edit:I now saw the "you didn't even mention that it isn't your guide.". The very title of the guide says "Syaska's guide to Enchantress". I think it is obvious its Syaska's guide.
