it is great for catching enemies, no matter the mana cost. although it doesnt scale as much, it needs all the extra damage it can get earlygame to be the most effective earlygame ganking skill in the game.

why level shuriken past level 2 it does not scale nearly as well in levels 3 nd 4 for the mana cost since bh has a low mana pool to work with
