6.82 Best Specter Build

I made this guide, because I have been seeing too many stupid builds that out dated or just don't work on this hero.
As Start you will need salve and tangos, Specter is very squishy and can die very easily. You want to always stay in lane with 80% hp and up. Stout shield is also needed as you don't have too much armor and health early game. 2 branches in start make you'r life easier in lane and turn into magic stick, very good and underestimated item in pubs.
By Mid game you want phase boots, they let you chase people after you ult and do a lot of DMG, no way of running away or getting jucking as you have Spectral Dagger. I used to go power treads, but after watching a lot of pro games I realized how good phase boots are on her.
Drums are awesome on Specter it gives her the stats which she does not have much off and movement speed for such low price, but of course if you are getting really good farm you can go for Radiance as long as you can get it under 17 min having brown boots. Or Diffusal Blade if you playing vs Wraight King and heroes that need mana. Blade Mail is huge on Specter, dealing 128% DMG with Dispersion and allowing you to kill there team without being focused.
Late game is where you spark the most. With Manta Style, your Haunt Illusions do so much DMG that most supports will die and winning will be way easier. I figured that hearth is stronger then butterfly on Specter from playing her so many games and that she turns health into DMG. So I go Hearth of Tarrasque followed by Butterfly. At that time the game should be already over, but if its not you can start changing drums and Blade Mail for Situational items, don't forget to Get items that counter you'r opponents. If they have many stuns you buy BKB, they have Phantom Assasin or any evasion buy MKB. They have Doom that always ults you, buy Linken's Sphere or Hex to ult and hex kill him instantly before he does anything.


(Game Play) Early to Mid game you need to always think about nukes such as Lina, Lion, or Sky ults, Specter does't likes getting nuked. What she does like is to farm all lanes not wasting time and ulting into team fight. Always carry tp scroll. You need to farm none stop and get heavy items do not push with your team unless you have all 6 items and buyback.When you do have 6 items and buyback your job is to run in tank all nuckes do as much dmg as possible buy back and win the game. Knowing you have ult you do need to tp to lane that's pushed too far, or to escape after lost fight. Counters(( Morphling "shotgun", Medusa "ult", Sven "strong cleave", Terablade"ult". Warlock and Specter is very powerful combination that is very hard to win vs. Thank you for reading my build I hope you like it.
