Been there, done that. Really enjoy the Vlad + Armlet + Bkb build. Late, One Mjollnir to kill them all.

Also tried this build once and without stuns it becomes incredibly diffucult for the enemy team to actually kill you. Twice. Though you will probsbly be lacking in damage.
