Morph buff
Make him just like the old one
Increase base attack damage
decrease some mana costs(you know what i'm talkin' about)
increase base damage AND decrease mana cost.
no buff required

The movement speed was always the same, 285.I'd like to see him shift is stats faster, and a slight CD/Mana nerf to Waveform

He needs a buff. Though he needs base damage increased and mana decrease. I accidentally voted the 3rd one instead the 4th.
