So turns out COD advanced warfare is actually pretty good and I plan to buy it on steam. But recently i've been seeing bad (new)reviews about having no dedicated servers and other stuff. Anyone here actually played the game yet? I'm gonna buy it tomorrow.

Don't have the game but here's a pretty good "review" or impression of the game, it's definitely better than the previous COD games but that's like saying "this pile of **** is better than the older piles of ****"

Just listened to a Podcast (VideoGamer UK) and they speak very positively of it.

Personally, i prefer the old school ones. It's so much more satisfying running around with a bolt action Lee-Enfield then spamming a M4 with an extended mag. I even loved CoD: World at War, but no-one played it :(

When your ammo matters you take care with your shots.

From what I have played, read, and watched here are the things I liked and disliked.

Likes:
- I love the vertical gameplay that the exo-suit offers in multi-player.
- The story was refreshing and interesting. Loved the acting.
- Love the sci-fi vibe I got from the technology and weapons.

Dislikes:
- A cheesy ending to the campaign.
- No dedicated servers.
