Given the current times, the match will be at... 10PM Jan 14th GMT or the for the following time zones:

We're looking at a single-elimination tournament. That means if you lose a single game you are out, though I may make a loser bracket if everyone wants to, just so everyone can have a chance to play all the teams.

Triumph from DOTACast said he could stream this.

Teams that need their "leaders" to respond:

Team Fever

I ask that this game be on a weekend, but seeing that I'm not participating it's fine if it isn't.

Tournament Setup

Game A
Team Morphism vs Team HamSandwich
Game B
Team ***quat vs Team Fever
Final
Winner of game 'A' vs winner of game 'B'

Sound alright?

Sounds great, loser pool shouldn't really effect team Morphism. Jokes, but yeh I'm up for a loser pool. I'm free for next weekend, but the sooner the better, if we can do it during the week it would be better but not essential :)

So do we just talk to our opponent or you, Atlas, to set up our game times?

Game times are to be organized here, put in your preferences now! Or Atlas and I will be choosing them!

Just talk to your team, figure out their time-zones and get one time/time-zone you want and post it here so it can help with selecting a time.

Another thing, should the games be best of three? I think they should, but if they are, this tournament could last 8-16 hours, depending on the games and how long they last.

My opinion: (if on a weekend) Host game 'A' and game 'B' on saturday, host final game on sunday.

Doesn't matter what days really, I just think game A + B should be on a different day than the final.
