Old picture:

Lore:

After getting killed in the League of Legends Urf's ghost wandered, searching for his final destination, through times and dimensions. Finally, he came to the Defense of the Ancients field, which was currently under renovation. A well known hero, Skeleton King, saw him first. He found out how miserable Urf's live now is and that he wants to find out the reason he is still in the world. skeleton king said, that the reason is he wants to fight others. So, recently, skeleton king and some others started a ritual to make Reincarnation for Urf. And, it succeed. Urf was reborn has a skeleton manatee. Now he wants to try get his powers up and finally destroy the one who killed him.

Base Stats:

Range: 600
Movement Speed: 280
Strength: 16+1,8 = 61
Agility: 21+2,8 = 91
Intelligence 15+2,0 = 65
(Rest of stats, idk atm)

Abilities:

Q - Flippy Flopp

Urf switches weapons between dead fish and bones to accommodate the needs of his team. Attacks with dead fishes deal poison damage over 5 seconds, while attacks with bones deal instant damage. The damage of the dead fishes is higher after 3 seconds, but attacking again will just reset the poison, not stack it. This deals bonus magic damage.

W - Poseidon's Gaze

Passive: Urfs movement speed is increased by 5, 10, 15, 20. This is doubled while moving through water.
Active: Urf calls upon the powers of the Manatee god, Poseidon, to notify his allies of everything at the battlefield. This removes Fog of War for 3 seconds, every enemy standing in water will also be struck by magic damage.

Cooldown: 60/50/40/30

E - Liquid Water

Passive: Urfs Agility is increased.
Active: Urf empowers his own body by water, which doubles the passive Agility.
If Urf stands in Water while executing this skill, the gained Agility of active and passive are doubled.

R - Omnisplash

Urf calls upon the elements to bring forth a destructive deluge of water. All nearby enemies take water damage and are stunned for 2 seconds. For 5 seconds after executing this skill, enemys which hit, if Urf attacks them, are also dealed bonus magic damage.
If Urf stands in Water while exectuing this skill, the radius of the deluge is doubled.

So, this way, a (nearly) champ from LoL came to DotA 2.
The fast way to fast Skeleton King.

i may be unfamiliar with LoL but is that not incredibly OP to only have a 15 sec cool down on which lets you have complete vision of a map whilst dealing damage map wide??

or is that just how LoL works?
