Ferox the Last Gunslinger
Affiliation: The Dire
Strength- 15 + 1.65 (56.25 at 25)
Agility- 26 + 2.6 (91 at 25) [PRIMARY]
Intelligence- 16 + 2.2 (71 at 25)
Damage: 54-64 (119-129 at 25) Attack Range: 350 Missile Speed: 2000
Movement Speed: 310 BAT (Base Attack Time): 1.7
Sight Range: 1800/800 Base Armor: 3 Total Armor: 6.71 (16 at 25)
Role/s: Ganker, Semi-Carry


Abilities

Q: Deadly Duo Ability- No Target Affects- Self

Ferox greatly enhances the power and speed of his dual pistols. Ferox gains max attack speed and 50%/100%/150%/200% damage for 2 attacks or 6 sec.

Cooldown: 15/14/13/12 Manacost: 115/125/135/145

Notes:
Increases base damage and attribute bonuses only. Raw damage from items is not increased.
These 2 attacks cannot miss.
The buff is not removed when Ferox becomes magic immune.

W: High-Powered Barrel Ability- No Target Affects- Self, Enemies Damage- Physical

Ferox empowers his pistols to prepare for a devastating attack. Grants 50%/75%/100%/125% bonus damage for 1 attack or 6 sec. The attacked enemy is also stunned for 1/1.5/2/2.5 sec. While stunned, the enemy's armor is decreased by 3/6/9/12.

Cooldown: 16 Manacost: 120/135/150/165

Notes:
Increases base damage and attribute bonuses only. Raw damage from items is not increased.
Armor reduction is applied after the attack.
This attack cannot miss.
This buff is not removed when Ferox becomes magic immune.

E: Lethal Range Ability- Passive Affects- Enemies

Ferox's shots are deadlier when the target is nearer. Slows attack targets by up to 15%/20%/25%/30% at 100 range and a minimum of 15% slow at 350 range.

Notes:
A unique attack modifier that stacks with other attack modifiers (except that of Orb of Venom and Eye of Skadi).
Magic immune enemy units are unaffected.
Does not work with denies.

R: Deathshot Ability- Target Point Affects- Enemies Damage- Pure

Ferox fires a very powerful bullet towards the target direction. The first enemy unit that the bullet hits will receive pure damage and be stunned depending on the distance travelled by the bullet. The longer the distance travelled, the longer the stun with a minimum stun duration of 0.5 sec. and a maximum stun duration of 3/4.5/6 sec. The shorter the distance travelled by the bullet, the greater the damage with a minimum damage of 100 and a maximum damage of 350/500/650. The maximum stun duration and minimum damage is attained at 1500 range. The maximum damage and minimum stun is attained at 250 range.

Cooldown: 60/50/40 Manacost: 150/200/250 Cast Range: 2000/2500/3000

Scepter Upgradeable: minimum stun duration increased to 1.25/1.5/1.75 sec., minimum damage increased to 100/150/200, maximum stun duration increased to 3.5/5/6.5 sec., maximum damage increased to 450/600/750

Notes:
The bullet has a speed of 1500.
Magic immune enemy units are unaffected.


Strengths
- has excellent burst damage that scales really well into the late game
- can possibly 2-shot anyone
- hard to escape from
- has decent agility and intelligence gains

Weaknesses
- has no escape mechanism whatsoever
- will almost instantaneously die when bursted down
- requires a Blink Dagger or Shadow Blade to be effective
- has low attack range

Really deadly at close range, but still does decently against long-ranged targets. Nice idea.
