I really liked the idea of your hero Porygon, though personally the numbers seem kind of high. Not only does he get to do incredible damage without items from just his w and e alone, but his decent agi gain combined with any farm at all would make him unstoppably strong, especially with the protection of his q (basically all the plus sides of a ghost scepter with no downsides). A great concept overall, but I feel he needs a weakness (and right now he could probably 1v5 with just a bkb and some levels).

Sorry for the delay on checking this, was adjusting to moving into college the past couple days. Thanks for the support all who voted for me :). My suggestion for the next hero idea (if we continue that is) is psionic semi-carry: a mid to endgame type hero with psychic powers.
