Poll Question:

How does this hero concept fit into Dota 2?
Too similar to existing heroes
One or 2 abilities need to be changed
Fits in just fine

I designed a new hero, I wanted someone mobile with a special way to use abilities. I based this off a raid boss I design in my Warcraft III days, with lots of fire and simply overpowering opponents with lots of ability usage that excels early. Thus, here is Galamathet.

Galamathet the Demonic Behemoth

Dota 2 Model: Just like the Warcraft placeholder one, it's freaking awesome.

*28 + 319 + 1.817 + 1.6

Armor: 4.7
Affiliation: Dire
Damage: 52-56
Attack Animation (frontswing/backswing): 0.4 / 0.2
Cast Animation (frontswing/backswing): 0.4/ 0.3
Base Health Regen: 0.25
BAT: 1.7
Range: 128 (melee)
Movespeed: 300
Sight Range: 1800/800
Voice Actor: Steve Blum
Lore:

Within the world of demons, there is the wild card, the most unpredictable force in all of the Hells, Galamathet. A creature of pure destruction, Galamathet is a dangerous creature that will destroy all in its path, and has been nigh impossible to stop. It took Doom itself to subdue him. This did not last forever however, as his very presence brings only fear, as his utter savagery, even among demons is legendary. As he charges from the hells to capture whatever he is directed to, all life he comes across is at risk.

Abilities:
Terrorize
Galamathet roars, sending opponents into a state of fear, lowering their attack damage for 3.5 seconds. Additionally, targets with terrorize that are within 300 units of the Behemoth have their attack slowed.
Level 1 - 500 Radius. Lowers damage by 35. Slows attack by 35.
Level 2 - 600 Radius. Lowers damage by 50. Slows attack by 40.
Level 3 - 700 Radius. Lowers damage by 65. Slows attack by 45.
Level 4 - 800 Radius. Lowers damage by 80. Slows attack by 50.
Mana Cost: 90/110/130/150
CD: 25/24/23/22
Flavor Text: A scream from the Behemoth destroys the courage of all foes. Without courage, there is no way for the opponents to fight.
Rend
Galamathet cripples an enemy hero. This increases the damage they take from all sources, while preventing them from moving. 300 cast range.
Level 1 - Lasts 2 seconds. Amplifies damage by 10%.
Level 2 - Lasts 2.5 seconds. Amplifies damage by 15%.
Level 3 - Lasts 3 seconds. Amplifies damage by 20%.
Level 4 - Lasts 3.5 seconds. Amplifies damage by 25%.
Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90
CD: 20/18/16/14
Flavor Text: The Behemoth can be quite agile as it rips into a weak point in a body, exposing its vulnerabilities.
Inferno Dash
Galamathet begins to wind up into a fireball in order to roll in a direction and will bypass all terrain. Enemies passed through will be stunned and take damage over time. Can charge for up to 4 seconds. Base stun time of 1 second. Has a radius of 300. Base distance of 500 with 150 per second of charging. Base speed of 600 plus 100 per second of charging. Deals damage for 3 seconds. Can be cancelled anytime in mid dash. Damage type: Magic.
Level 1 - Base damage of 30. Adds +15 damage per second of charging. Adds +0.4 seconds of stun per second of charging.
Level 2 - Base damage of 50. Adds +20 damage per second of charging. Adds +0.5 seconds of stun per second of charging.
Level 3 - Base damage of 70. Adds +25 damage per second of charging. Adds +0.6 seconds of stun per second of charging.
Level 4 - Base damage of 90. Adds +25 damage per second of charging. Adds +0.7 seconds of stun per second of charging.
Mana Cost: 120
CD: 30
Flavor Text: Many who recall the behemoth remember him coming in rolling on flames
Blood Heat (Ultimate)
When activated, grants bonus armor to Galamathet, and a health regeneration aura, based on a percentage of max health. Additionally, all of the Demonic Behemoth's spells have their cooldowns and mana costs removed, but each usage of them drains the duration of Blood Heat by 3 seconds.
Level 1 - Grants a 3% regeneration aura. Adds 8 armor. Aura has 400 AOE. Base duration of 16.
Level 2 - Grants a 4% regeneration aura. Adds 14 armor. Aura has 450 AOE. Base duration of 19.
Level 3 - Grants a 5% regeneration aura. Adds 20 armor. Aura has 500 AOE. Base duration of 22.
Mana Cost: 100/150/200
CD: 120
Flavor Text: Body limitations disappear if the Behemoth brings out his inner hell. Even the nastiest demons fear his great rage.

Amazing everything.

Althoigh Rend lacks some duration if he wants to Rend->Dash combo.

I've weakened Blood Heat because it was a bit too powerful.

The last of my heroes to receive my update, the only nerf he gets is a massive one to the speed of inferno dash, which was like way too fast, it was like double the speed it is now.

Also added was supplementary materials, a definition of his role as an early domination hero, his personality, which is very brutal and egocentrical, his long list of interactions with other heroes, most of them negative, since he's not a nice guy, and a sample of his voice, based on Killer Croc from Arkham Asylum.

yeah sure lion can be counterd with BKB but the fact that it affects an area and has insanely low cooldown is OP while Lina's BKB piercing laguna blade is press to win kappa.

Think of Aghs as a way for him to scale better into late game, he actually has quite a bit of similarity to Undying, as his damage (in this case, damage reduction) falls off.
