so i shall now be uploading the votes. As there is a freaking lot to upload and "copy Pasta" leaves some serious flaws and unsightly messes ill have to paste and then go over so these shall be coming out extremely slowly. so bear with me :)
for each submission ill be making a Spoiler and within each spoiler will be the judges names their votes AND their explanations, now these will be big-ish so it might take some time to complete.
when all are uploaded ill reveal the winner. i have all the votes so now its just the process of well ... getting them on here haha bear with me please didn't realise how big a job this might be :P..
NOTES: some marks will be harsh ... mine mostly but others will be as well. i told the judges to really go over the heroes and make sure they think about their scores. i wanted them to give some great feedback which they have done :)...
so heres the first one and ill add more as i finish them.
NOTE 2: i have kept one persons score from the spoiler so when i am fully done i can reveal it and then we shall see the winner :)

An item that grew more powerful with more allies near you. Its nothing like anything in doto. And also when i see this armor i thought of mek.. maybe because Buckler.

Im a bit confused... its a hero that reduces armor and takes it for himself. But.. what kind of enemies should i face? Against squishy caster heroes with low armor we can kill them quick, but whats the armor for? Its not like its a magical armor.. and against squishy carries with high armor wouldn't the armor reduction be redundant? And was his ulti meant to be an initiation? Why would you initiate by making them spread up?
wait... or was this hero meant to be a counterinitiator? that.. that is different i suppose.. hey maybe it does work, but.. it�¢ï¿½�¦ eh

Wow... what.. The only heroes i might consider buying this is at aura carriers. It doesnt really fit this hero. Also, this will just take aura carrier's space since they are naturally tanky and is increased from items they bought. And on another note, why would you buy an item that requires you to clump up? Buying this item is almost like a free setup for the enemy team's Magnus. Besides, tank items already exists. For cheap, Mekansm, Vanguard, and/or Hood of Defiance. And we can just upgrade them. there are items that outclass this.

Offlane: his armor bonuses are really unreliable i dont think he'll thrive here very well.
Intiator: you want clumped enemies to spread.. that is really weird way to initiate im not sure how that'll work

Interesting.. nice work! the honor stuffs are really interesting! I love it.
But i also judge item flavor texts just for the heck of it.. and.. Lich King? really thread?

Eh, initiating will be the one who goes in first and it will isolate you right? so.. i dont really think it works and when your allies reached you they might have changed targets.

Originality: 7/10
The skills are quite normal, but I like how you manage to make them all original in a sense. The Staggering Force has the �¢ï¿½ï¿½excess armor to you�¢ï¿½ï¿½ concept, which is new and I like it, the Lethal Charge has the �¢ï¿½ï¿½extra damage by armor�¢ï¿½ï¿½ concept, the ultimate skill has the �¢ï¿½ï¿½I�¢ï¿½ï¿½m running away from you�¢ï¿½ï¿½ and the Malicious Field is by far the most original skill in this hero for me, and it defines this hero. Although there are quite a lot of hero ideas based on armor (like my Zaire the Steel Revenant for example), this hero is quite original compared to normal heroes.
Viability: 5/10
I think that all your skills are fine, but the problem of this hero�¢ï¿½ï¿½s skills are the generally terrible scaling of the skills, making this hero rather underpowered even with levels. The Staggering Force only increases by 0.2 second in stun and 15 damage, which is pathetic. It won�¢ï¿½ï¿½t be a problem though if the bad scaling is just one (albeit making the skill build quite linear like Dragon Knight with the bad scaling of Dragon Tail), but even the Lethal Charge only increase by 50 in range and 10 in damage. Although the slow increase is rather high, the overall increase is miniscule, as well as the Malicious Field which increases in reduction by at most of 5% each level.
The only skill that has good scaling is the ultimate skill, but even the ultimate skill is pretty odd since it loses effectiveness because it forces enemies to run away from this hero, which pretty much breaks all synergy with the rest of the skills and only makes it harder for allies in a team fight.
Role Suitability: 5/10
All of the skills are really good for an offlane heroes, he has a way to reduce incoming damage through Malicious Field, an escape mechanism in the form of Lethal Charge and a disable + extra armor of Staggering Force to reduce incoming threat. The two actives are incredible in ganking early game and can have quite a huge game impact, and early level 6 can pull off great tricks by forcing enemy heroes to run from him into his allies.
However, this hero lacks a very important thing for an offlaner, which is caused by his bad scaling. He does not profit from the level, in fact he only need to get into level 2 and he can do lots of things with the two actives. That�¢ï¿½ï¿½s why I think that this hero can be better as a position 4 support that actively ganks rather than an offlane hero.
Lore: 7/10
I love the story and the relationship with Legion Commander�¢ï¿½ï¿½s lore, it also has a proper length, but the problem lies in the paragraph and sentence splicing that makes it hard to read. I also think that the story details in the form of traitor and necromancy part should be made clearer since it is actually the most important part of the story.
Item Synergy: 4/10
Although the scoring criteria�¢ï¿½ï¿½s name is item synergy, I give low score not because of the synergy, but of the balance instead. This item is really synergistic with the basic idea of the hero, but the problem lies in the crazy amount of armor it gives. I mean, for the cost of 2400 gold it can gives up to 27 armor in a teamfight. Now compare it with Assault Cuirass and shiva�¢ï¿½ï¿½s guard that give only 15 armor to the bearer at the cost of 5300 gold and 4700 gold. Also, the items build up are really easy and it�¢ï¿½ï¿½s too good for the cost. I know that it only provides armor, unlike the two items that provide aspd and int as well, but I still hold my points.

The third and the ultimate skills are new, so the originality is there, but it is there unfortunately at the cost of synergy, something that will cost you very dearly in the following sections.

So, you have 4 skills focussed on initiation, but 3 of them work together (somehow.) and one doesn't.

why break a hero that was finally coming together?your ultimate skill pretty much breaks the hero.There is literally no synergy going on here, and in dota, you can't do **** without synergy.
It is also pretty weak in nature, as nobody wants their enemies to go away from each other, they want the heroes to be uncomfortably close to each other.

The above pic shows the distances the targets will run when affected from the ultimate, the increasing radiuses showing the successive levels.What one can infer from this diagram is the insane amount of distance that the target will cover.The only use i can see of this skill will be for saving your ******ed carry after he yolo's into the enemy team.
Lets be pretty honest here guys, this hero can't initiate for ****.He has one stun, but it has **** damage and ****pier stun scaling.He has a skill which benefits with people remaining near him and an ultimate that makes them run away faster than Dan Burton after seeing a vaccine.Not good.

This item gives a LOT of armor. Like a LOT. After considering the passive armor and the armor from the active along with the item armor, one can get about 35 armor from this item while your allies will get 10.that's kinda great, other than the fact that people won't know what the checking radius of teh ****ing item is, so they'll just stop making it -_-. Add check radius dood.

those first 3 skills are amaizng and look like they would be found in game. the 4th is not.
summary: it was the top **** then the ult is **** which made the rest of it slightly **** but the good **** outweighed the bad **** so ... Top ****! :)

your an intiator you want them to STAY PUT not run away it wrecked the whole role but ...BUT your q w e are just too good. they fit the role so well that i changed my mind.
OK OK i can see HOW it would be used alright i know... blink behind a hero use ult and they run towards your team while zoning out the rest of them ...YES i SEE that but ... ehhhh
it wont work like that in game... thewre are too many variables ok it needed something extra for it to really work.

i want to go into a long explanation but honestly ... there are other items that are better and i cant see it. if it did more or had an active like
80% slow for 3 seconds then yes... it would work... blink into Q into R then activate this and then W towards the lowest hp and yea... they trying to run away at 80% slow while damaged yea that woulld work .
summury: needed something more. it was so good but the ult ruined it. it really fits the role well... but the ult ruined it... its very viable ..... but the ult ruined it.
WULFSTAN-NOSCORES
ThreadOfFate - Viability is so low because making a hero that other heroes run away from having it as a skill doesn't seem so productive in fights. Very easy to screw up, but it can be really good as well. All about the execution, but more than not I think it would backfire horibly.
The idea however, was quite good, making a hero that induces fear to others, and somewhat scales off of armor.
OLDKAINEN, NEO THE PLANESWALKER

Originality: 6/10
I think I cannot give you more points in originality because although the gameplay concept of this hero is interesting, this hero�¢ï¿½ï¿½s skills are almost carbon copy of a combination of two skills. To be fair, the Exploiter is a very interesting skill and is quite original since no hero in Dota already has a skill remotely similar to it, however, the rest of the skills are�¢ï¿½�¦ quite boring, sorry. I mean, Blinding Pulse is just a combination of Whirling Axes (Melee) and Whirling Axes (Ranged). Silencing Blade is just�¢ï¿½�¦ Blade Dance with added silence effect, and the ultimate is basically Reverse Polarity plus Relocate.
Viability: 4/10
I�¢ï¿½ï¿½ll go through all your skills step-by-step to justify my verdict:
Blinding Pulse: This skill is, like I said, the combination of both Whirling Axes (Melee) and Whirling Axes (Ranged). Although the slow and blind lose by 10% of them, this skill is capable to unleash both of the effect in the same time, only with 75 mana. I know that the duration is only 3 seconds, but due to the bad scaling (only increase in damage and 20 mana increase), this skill doesn�¢ï¿½ï¿½t need to be leveled more than once, especially on a hard carry. I don�¢ï¿½ï¿½t really have anything to say on this one since this skill is pretty balanced actually, but the scaling is really, really bad (reminding me of pre-nerfed Healing Ward) and is quite capable to be abused.
Exploiter: This is his best skill, if I may say so. This skill makes him very interesting, but at the same time this also makes him very broken because it is easily abused with a very cheap cost of 275 Orb of Venom. Just counting from the 30% bonus damage, it is stupidly scary because at level 7 (if you buy Orb of Venom) you also get free Desolator. Why so? Because 7 armor debuff from Desolator gives 29.7% damage bonus, which is the same as this skill at level 4. Check it in here. Not to mention the debuff reduction can practically invalidate aghanim�¢ï¿½ï¿½s scepter or level upgrade of enemies�¢ï¿½ï¿½ ultimate skills, e.g: Ice Blast duration from 17 to 12 seconds as, reducing Ravage from 2.77 into 2.07 seconds.
Silencing Blade: This skill is the most broken skill this hero has. Okay, I don�¢ï¿½ï¿½t mind the critical rate and damage, but the possibility of perma-silence is stupendously crazy. I mean, not even Silencer can perma-silence anyone! The crit is also pretty good even without the silence, Blade Dance and Drunken Brawler both has same crit damage as this skill, with only 5% rate lower from Blade Dance and 5% higher than Drunken Brawler, and you put in perma-silence on top of that? Please�¢ï¿½�¦ Wait, it pierces spell immunity? What. Have. You. Done?!?
Dimensional Jump: Well, a global ranged Reverse Polarity with only 0.75 seconds difference in stun, but twice the damage and 40 higher radius. I know that the 2 seconds difference is a point to consider, but I figure it�¢ï¿½ï¿½s easy to get it in an ensuing teamfight, especially since you can cancel it (and I assume there will be no marker?) This skill is not really that broken compared to the second and third skill, since the 160/130/100 seconds cooldown is punishing and the risk is also high, but still, I hold my point of global ranged Reverse Polarity.
Role Suitability: 6/10
Tell you the truth, this hero can be a position 1, but I see him best as a semi-carry because I think that he can never be a real hard carry. Hard carries like Spectre and Medusa can win teamfight singlehandedly given overwhelming farm, but this guy? I really doubt it. I think it�¢ï¿½ï¿½s because what you think as characteristics of carry nowadays are mobile and strong in mid-game bad you�¢ï¿½ï¿½re mistaken, because that�¢ï¿½ï¿½s the characteristics of semi-carry like Ember Spirit. Although given the proper draft, this hero can still be a good position 1, his earlier peak seems to be a disadvantage later in game. The ultimate skill also doesn�¢ï¿½ï¿½t seem fitting for a position 1, sorry.
Lore: 7/10
Apart from some obvious grammar and vocab mistakes, this lore is pretty interesting and proper in length.
Item Synergy: 8/10
This item has great synergy with his Exploiter skill, however, I think that this skill is not capable of standing for its primary function. This item, like you stated and I quote �¢ï¿½ï¿½helps him farm�¢ï¿½ï¿½, but I cannot understand how a mere 150 damage active and HP regeneration can help him farm. Nonetheless, I love the use of Null Talisman and Wraith Band on this item since both of those items can be needed since early game.
UNSCATHED
Originality: 8/10
HERO: 4/5
It is a pretty interesting concept of a hero. A global ganker that will pick off supports in the early game and punish poor mispositioning in the late game. It has a cool duration bonus for debuffs and a silencing passive (i wanna see this for a LOONG time).
ITEM: 3/5
Reduce regen and active damage? hey that's pretty cool.. but i cant help to notice the build up,( although not as much as the) effect is a bit similiar to Maelstrom
Viability: 4/10

this hero has SERIOUS balance issues. the ultimate can be easily abused from a pickoff spell into a teamfighting disable spell, and from across the map? u wot m8. the passive, as much as i like it, is just too strong. only Juggernaut has a higher chance to crit (and even then there is no silence and its just 5% more). also, with that high chance he can basically perma silence anybody. it is impossible for anyone to solo kill this hero. Aaand the debuff bonus damage is easily abused with a cheap Orb of Venom becoming a free deso. volvo pls.
ITEM: 2/5
I dont think i'd see this item being used for many heroes. If i want farm, i'd get Maelstrom any day (which completely outclasses this item in terms of the magic damage.). and the health regen reduction.. wow man that is some situational stuff right there.
Role Suitability: 7/10
You were assigned a hard carry.. but even tho he is a monster late game he is also like a mid game ganking monster. Get MoM on this hero and you're good to go. Although he is still a manfighting monster in the late game. Still he lacked some sort of survivability like Mana Shield to make him hard carry
Lore: 8/10
Its... well... OK. i guess assigning him as a Purger of Worlds seems fine. But planes walker? have you heard of Spectre and Spirit Breaker?
Item synergy: 5/10
Ehh, i dont really think this would fit him. the item is weak anyways and the active doesnt fit a hard carry, no less so a ganker/semi carry.

The second skill passive is too easily exploited with the usage of an Orb of Venom (I SAID IT BEFORE THESE OTHER DOODS).A brief calculation shows that the second and the third skills together increase the DPS by 62.5%.The crying corner is right there PA.There there.
increases duration of stuns and debuffs given by the allies. Pls no Doomerino/kapparino.

He can't carry as effectively as desired.you had to make a hard carry.Which basically a ****load of OP skills which affect the whole team.You evidently forgot the second part didn't ya?
Also, his skills are situationally the strongest in the game.He can permanently silence the enemy and stun him too with the purchase of a simple Skull Basher with a super reliable initiation in his ultimate, but he is also weak in the sense that he can initiate, but then he will be nuked down.
Not a hard carry, more like a tier 2 carry.

Lore gets drab, a mere extrapolation of the concept used in the lores of Spectre and Spirit Breaker.The backup plan thingy was good, but failed to transform into something better. also, what is the sword made of? what magic did he create? the usage of this point alone could give rise to a bloody book.... and you missed it :c

Me no likey this nub item.too weak 4 me. Only situationally powerful (also axe don't rely on no regeneration scrubbus.)The damage is non-existent and the debuff is almost never felt.If there was a mana regeneration component, then the item would have been good.Amazing even.but this, this is useless.

honestly i liked this idea BUT it felt like it was a mesh of a variety of differing heroes. it didnt JUMP out at me as a unique idea and when i read more it just seemed reused
i do like the skills though and the ideas behind each one are very good yet still they felt "cobbled together" from other ones.

in game viability is something you have to look at before submitting.ill run through the skills and give feedback there.
Q - so broken it hurts ... 12 second cooldown for 300 damage a move speed slow AND 50% blind... what this is something that seems Op it need a longer cooldown or a better scaling.
W - ok so ... buy orb of venom and free damage.. buy urn and hey free damage... the premise is awesome the execution ... not so much.
E - this skill means that late game your looking at some serious damage because 1: stack w and e and u have basically 60% bonus damage per hit, not to mention your silence, this is very broken ..
BUT i love the idea behind it.
R - global ganking ability kinda like a really easy to land boat but longer stun and well global range. very strong... whats stronger? interuppting it doesnt put it on cooldown
this is not just strong but now its broken. again the IDEA is amazing .. the execution not so much.
summary: the IDEAS are top notch but the actuall stats and skilling .... needs a lot of work.

as pos 1 his skills suit partyl well the q is a good nuke to finish off low hp targets and his w and e are great to go late game with. his R is ... weird. it doesnt fit his position at all.
chrono is the closest similar LARGE ulti that a hard carry has. but it doesnt do damge and isnt global it only pauses people so all the damge is reliant upon fv this is like sandkings ult with np tele and kunnka's boat.
summary: well thought but lacks finish or a final cohesive... this is it thing.

Summary: This IDEA is amazing and the PREMISE is again top notch but the execution is what let this down. From really broken skills to the item and then the stats. I cant give scores based upon the premise it has to be based upon what I see and what I see is a overpowered hero with broken skills and a broken item. This had the potential to be a winner it really did�¢ï¿½�¦ the silence by right clicking�¢ï¿½�¦ ORIGINAL the debuff buff idea is original �¢ï¿½�¦ but you went too far the amounts are too much and the stats just make this hero plain ridiculous. I feel if you had sent this to someone before hand and got maybe some feedback you could have scaled skills back and adjusted some things you might have got a higher score.

OldKainen - The reason why the Lore is so low is because it is just extremly short. I really liked the idea, the skills, and the entire concept in general (dealing more damage towards enemies he disabled himself).
The item however, and Tenacity just seems riped out of League of Legends with their Tenacity mechanic that does exactly what yours does. (think they have it on one of their boots, Mercury Treads????? - if I am not wrong). Dubbed Originality with +1 besides the two 7s I gave you because it wasn't a bad idea trying to port this over.

It has a similiar buildup and effect with orchid. Other than the stats this item is basically an orchid.

You dont mean this hero to be a level one jungle right? As early levels of Q are weak and his W is not good as a jungle sustain, its better in lane where multiple creeps died everytime. And.. ranged? Oh pory why, now Stout Shield isnt available for his jungle. 2. His spells are also weak. He basically deals little to no damage (his 25% HP damage being his best), and his ulti.. pory why? That is literally the worst spell in the game :/. It deals little damage as an ulti, has a really weak effect, UNIT TARGET, and THE COOLDOWN PORY. Oh pory, why? And also, this hero reminds me of our new and beloved friend, Winter Wyvern, which has a quite similiar spell and i think could do this hero's jobs.

Deals no damage, unreliable. When should i get this item? its a followup item, yes? but wont orchid be better because it is a gank initiation and still useful in teamfights? this item is just for squishy supports that casted all his spells and need to make an impact from behind. And also, the price guys. Its too much for a squishy support.

He needs levels right? But his jungling is weak.. he cant jungle well so it doesnt really fit doesnt it? But aside from that this hero might need a teense bit of farm. Actually pory this hero fits more as a solo laner

Arguably the best part at this hero. But still, i cant believe it.. flies? lol wot. Anyways, finely written pory well done with dis one.

Yeah it kinda fits this hero it increases his already poor damage and stats and active from a long range. But item still bad imo.

I liked the Charge system, something which is very rarely incorporated in DoTA heroes and the love-hate relation between skills.Have bees? damn you got damage.Got no bees? **** you till we get to nantucket.This is because it forces the player to give more attention in the game.
Viability 4/10
The first skill is so OP i would make refresher just to spam it.The bees are kinda ****py, no damage, cant tank worth ****.Even broodmother's spirderites do more damage and tank more than these little *****.I like the 72 damage reduction though (at max ofc).
The ultimate is the biggest put-off as it feels as if it was added to increase the theatricality of the hero, rather than add synergy."see your friends succumb to justin bieber" is alright, but atleast make it usable.All you need is a force staff or Earth Spirit around and viola, you just wasted an ultimate.The damage from the skills is good, but incredibly unreliable.y u do dis pory ;_;

This hero was supposed to be a jungler, but the flies can't tank for **** and the presence of a high amount of bees will force neutrals to use skills, which will 100% kill all the bees (60 health.lol).The slight synergy i can see is using the dead bees to fill his third skill gauge and summon them again.But this will need 180 mana per camp at level 1, which when considered with this hero's puny 234 mana pool at level one, is kinda redundant. good for off-laning due to crazy sustain from third skill, which is why i gave this hero a 4.

A small formatting problem, but that's okay.The innovative "master of the swarm" ideas is nice, but it gets kinda redundant when you see that it has no direct correlation to the DoTA 2 lore.

I would rather make orchid of malevolence for its reliability rather than standing at a place spurting weakening poison at the enemy and not do anything in the meanwhile :/

I think this hero is the most original hero in this FoC, really well thought and interesting! I love how you make a hero that interacts with corpses in the game, since currently it�s only raise dead that has this kind of interaction. Great job on this part!
Viability: 3/10
I don�t like to give you this low score, but I have to, and here is the justification of my scoring:
Infect: This skill is terribly broken, a (10/2)*5% max HP is 25% max HP, and that is simply crazy. There is only Midnight Pulse and earth split that deals damage based on max HP, and both of them requires hard conditions to pull. earth split requires enemies to stay in a line for quite a delay, giving them enough time to run away, and after that dealing only 35% max HP. This skill is not even ultimate, but it deals 25% max HP. On top of that, this skill only costs 120 MP and comes in 15 seconds cool down, this is the scariest laning skill. Ever. Oh, and also, it slows the enemy? It spawns extra damage minion that gives no bounty at all? Please.
Pest Swarm: Let�s try and crunch the number, say that this hero takes the skill Infect and Carrion Feast once each, and at level 7 maxes this skill, so it should be 9 carrion flies, and so this skill deals 9*35 damage, which is 315 magical damage and 50% slow every 8 seconds, and an addition of 9*8 =72 physical damage / 1.3 second. Not to mention that there is actually no limit stated, so the maximum number of flies would be: 5 (one Infect) + 7 (one Carrion Feast + 2 (4 seconds of the second Infect +7 (the second Carrion Feast), which equals to 21 carrion flies, translating into 21*35 damage = 735 damage. That is even stronger than Finger of Death of the level!
Carrion Feast: This skill has very bad scaling, and is pretty much too good. The heal of this skill is 160/200/240/280 in 400 radius, and at the last level it heals twice the amount of Shadow Wave (2x120 = 240 MPcost) with only 90 MP cost, as well as 30 points higher than Mekansm. On top of that, it also summons 7 flies, which translates into 7*8 = 56 damage every 1.3 seconds, and gives him 43 DPS that also reduces enemies attack damage by a maximum of 6*7*(3/1.3) = 96 damage. Yeah�
Locust Swarm: Strangely enough, in a swarm of broken skills, his ultimate skill is underpowered. What kind of ultimate only gives 150/225/300 magical damage? On top of that, it is easily rendered useless if the enemy has even half a brain. I know that the 50% slow is scary, but it is easily evaded.
Role Suitability: 4/10
I guess the Infect can be used to farm jungle, and combined with the Carrion Feast it can give a great amount of jungling sustain, but I think it�s a waste to throw away 25% maximum HP nuke on a jungle creep, I think he�s best played as one of the supports in a trilane or even in a solo lane because Infect grants crazy amount of lane control and Carrion Feast a crazy amount of lane sustain, on top of that, the flies can reduce incoming damage even if the main hero is disabled, which is really good on offlane hero.
Lore: 7/10
Definitely well written and interesting story, but I cannot see the correlation with dota2 world and I think a bit of details in the part of the master of the hive minds will be better, as well as removing unnecessary spacing in the paragraph that makes the lore harder to read.
Item Synergy: 6/10
Although the item synergizes well with this hero, the item in itself is a bit too much alike to Orchid Malevolence, but much less reliable and is not likely to be a core, even to this hero.
Wulfstan
Porygon - Wow! Lord of the Flies themed hero. Actually, didn't expect this, but unfortunately, I don't think it's quite original. It seems a bit like a mish mash of skills rehashed and one extra property to make a new one. In my opinion, this was probably one of your weaker creations.
One thing that seems redeeming is that he seems quite fit for the role he was meant to be in.

I like this hero I really do, the idea is there. Ill give 7 points because it�s a weird kinda position 4 its can jungle � kind of. Can it support ? not really but that�s viability. This is a direct jungler. So ill score it like enigma or chen. Not a good thing btw. Idea is orginial I feel I haven�t really seen a spawn from enemy summon before so :P that�s new.

Your Q is horrible for jungling, yea it damages target but they have 60 hp per fly and it takes 2 seconds for them to spawn. He cant jungle with them at all. One hit from a centaur or stun and they are dead. Their bite is nice but still really underwhelming � he just cant jungle with them. If they had a sub ability where they healed him for percentage of the life stolen when spawning that would be good. Then he can actually jungle with it. And yea it kinda syncs with his E but well � why does he need 2 levels before he can jungle? Isn�t this a jungler? Should he be jungling from level 1?
His W does nothing with out flies� so u cant get it at all. Until maybe max Q and E so you have made a skill useless� not good. And yea it can be a huge nuke � 450+ with maxed skills and on an 8 second cooldown� but I just don�t see it early game. And junglers gank very early (or good ones do). 8 % slow? If he summoned a swarm that had more hp or I dunno just hmmm its very underwhelming
His E is kinda cool it actually got u most of the points, it provides him with a very utility based skill that allows him to work anywhere really. So well done but again � needs super levels to be effective.
His R is �. Welp. Honestly if u had any other ulti it would be good this is sooo underwhelming � more damage � it should be 60/80/100 because then it fits with the cooldown. Then it kinda works � its enigmas ult that isn�t the disable. Its like trying to be too many things. Make it focal point big slow the further away from the center the more slow more DoT bigger AoE that�s it. Not this thing, I like the IDEA behind it but it just � falls kinda at the end there.

Sorry man � I can see how it would work as a jungler but 60 hp? � they needed more hp. Or at least scaling hp, I can only see someone going E to start and waiting in lane for the first wave getting 3-4 flies then going easy camp taking that and then with your Q trying a hard camp � but it would take many flies to hurt a centaur and your only going to get 1 fly from it dying� basic economics means this guy will Constantly going back to lane for fresh flies, which slows ur jungling down which slows ur xp down which means gg. It could have been so good!!!!! Just a few small amounts ruined it � just increase those hp for the flies and it might have worked. But alas u cant do that now and I have to judge based on what I see. Sorry bro.

exspensive. Not worth it. Will take too long to get. BUT if I say by some fluke gets the kills early then yes this is an amazing item for him. 5 k gold for a core item which he kinda needs before he hits level 7. That will be tough. But the item itself is awesome for him I like it.
Summary: this hero was near on perfect but your stats for flies and your ulti really let u down. If u had increased the flies hp or maybe changed how they operated then it might have worked his W needs a point in either q or e to work so ur making him useless unless he gets points in something else first�. The only hero that I can think off that is similar is luna and eclipse with no moonlight beam �. Yea great idea just needed to really think about the viability of the hero more and look at the stats.

Incredible hero, fairly well balanced and i love it very much. However, she does need a bit nerf like cooldown increase on ultimate and some INT gain nerf. She is incredibly squishy but has powerful abilities. She is easily killed by gap closers and burst, which made her more balanced. well thought mon.
However: she is such a scary force early on and still strong late game it might be too strong.

Personally, i dont like this item since Rod of Atos does a fairly similiar job. In my opinion, it only need some nerfs.. minor nerfs that i cant think of. And also, the backlash is very well thought i love it so it limits her abilities a bit, and that is what saves this item from lower scores.

Hmm tbh i think putting her mid/core might work too, if not better. She has powerful burst damage and will benefit from more levels. And she could also roam a bit, actually. Wingbeat is quite strong with the slow and turn rate slow and cast range. She could mid, but yeah a support might work too.

The first skill is too powerful its duration, its like Oracle's skill without the heal.Wingbeat makes Batrider go in a corner and cry.The ultimate is oke tho, it's like luna's ultimate, if she finds you alone, you ded. so ded.
Also, Holy channel is too strong as it enables the hero to stun people from a distance of 1400 units, which is more than the distance you can blink.Sick plays inbound bro.

She can support alright, but i think that this role does not do justice to the hero idea as a whole. The ganking prowess of this hero is too damn high. Even though this skill might be under-rated due to the damage being distributed among heroes and ultimately becoming redundant, it is fixed by the various cc's that the swords apply.
My opinion is that such a mid-game powerhouse( much like a Puck) should not be relegated to the status of a support.

Erenie the Elven Sorcerer
Originality: 9/10
Although the skills are quite standard, I love the two inbound skills of Concentrate and Spread Out, as well as the Holy Channel. I think that if used properly, this hero can be a nightmare to deal with, whether against a lone hero or in a teamfight. Great job!
Viability: 6/10
This hero is actually viable and I think this hero can actually be in the game, but it would require some major tweaks in the numbers. I mean, Pillar of Flame is extremely dangerous with 600 radius of 375 damage, especially if the cooldown is only 4 seconds. However, Wingbeat trumps it by a lot because 60% slow and miss chance for 600 freaking radius is just crazy, this skill can be vamped up a bit and it beats even the ultimate skill.
Also, the scaling need more thought put into, since currently it seems to be so methodical (+25/level, -8/level, +4/level, etc). It would be better if you can focus on scaling somewhere along the line of 30/40/50/60 because it would make the skill more effective early on, making the hero less level dependent, especially on a hard support. The Wingbeat, especially, also require a bit of scaling in the actual skill, not just the cooldown.
Nonetheless, I think that the numbers need a lot of work more into it, but I love the way you balance it by making her really frail (sort of like Skywrath Mage for me). If only you balance the number a bit more, I would easily give you more points in viability.

Well, huge starting intelligence, damage/heal, slow/miss, damage reduction and disable. What else would this hero be put into unless a hard support? I love how this hero doesn�t actually need lots of items because her int is huge in the expense of her other stats, and would be viable in lane-sustain through Concentrated � Pillar of Flame as well as saving the carry with Wingbeat or Holy Channel. This hero can also help another hero to roam because Concentrated � Wingbeat is very scary in ganking.
I think that this hero is the best hero in the contest in the department of Role Suitability, since you understand the fifth position very nicely. Wingbeat actually becomes the spell I love this skill the most because it presents this hero as a non level hungry support as well, since she only need one level on it to show her true potential (although I hold my point that it requires scaling, but I get what you wanted to do). The Concentrate and Spread Out also provides great utility even with minimum level, 10/10 from me, great job!
Lore: 8/10
Aside from the grammar errors, the lore is of perfect length. I love the drama put into it, and it seems to have lots of space to be put into dota2 world. A downside is actually putting the item into the lore, since it made her story dependent on an item, unlike the rest of the heroes.
Item Synergy: 6/10
I love the item itself, but I think it�s too cheap for the effect it grants. I mean, it�s a 2.5 seconds disable (albeit shackle-like) and the 3 armor+1 MP regen is heavenly. The stats are also high, making me think that this is Drum of Endurance for int heroes, but the active should completely outprice this item. Even if it synergizes perfectly with the hero, I think it is too similar with Rod of Atos and other heroes won�t be able to use this item that well, so yeah�

Mr.Locket - By far, in my opinion, the best hero in the finals. Yes, elves are not too original, yes, they tend to be overused. But you did an excellent job tying it up via the lore and the skills.
Role suitability is a tiny bit lower than the others because it feels she could play in multiple roles (not saying that it's a bad thing, but you were supposed to make a hero specifically for one role).

His spells are incredibly strong though.. but he is squishy, slow, and prone to cc, so it kinda makes up for it. And, its not too broken. However if this hero is in game i think it might replace Slark and Slardar. But that should not reduce his viability, right?

This hero was made to semi-carry. Amazing early game potential with solid but kinda diminishing presence as the game progresses. The scaling factor of the first skill has been skillfully adjusted.
The hero is so well written and thought out that after seeing the skills themselves, without playing a single game with this ****er, i can see what his combo is going to be.

The marks i have given depend on the nature of the critical. If the Critical strike is applied only to the skill damage, this hero deserves 10/10, if the damage is for auto attacks, 8/10 buddy.

Amazing role suitability with the ability to gank early and make space for the primary carry with one semi-reliable cc and one reliable cc along with the ability to perform insane jukes by the virtue of his second skill.
A semi carry is also defined by the point till which he scales, something which is very nicely outlined in all semi-carries in the game.Incorporation of this vital fact in the hero idea makes me like it.
I disagree with judge yzreel when he says that the duration needs to be higher, because it doesn't. this hero can literally cross the distance between the first two hardlane towers in the duration of his ultimate,which is, for you scrubbus, is 2500 units.

The item is kinda strong since it can proc crits (which is kinda the point).but the synergy with the first skill is very evident, which makes the combination a must. I would suggest decreasing te proc chance to 20% and we are good to go :D

Jester the Harlequin

Sort of original, the first and third skill are really interesting and has great synergy, the ultimate is also quite original, but the downside is your second skill. The second skill is literally a skill from Dota 1 and you don�t even bother to change the name. Nonetheless, interesting hero idea and is quite original to say the least.
Viability: (9/10) or (7/10)
The score for viability depends on whether or not the Harlequin�s Dance deal (50+0.5*base damage)*5 or 50*5 + 0.5 base damage as well as if the Harlequin�s Kiss successful crit deals (damage+45)*3.5 or if it�s 45+3.5*damage. If both of them do the later, it�s 8/10. Otherwise, it�s 7/10 because the damage would be a bit too much. I mean, 250 is quite a high amount of damage already, and adding 2.5*base damage into it would be too strong, especially on 11 seconds cooldown and 120 MP cost, while 150 bonus damage apart from 350% critical damage is also too much. I don�t have any contentions with the rest of the skills, but you forget to put in the cast range of his ultimate�s teleportation.
Role Suitability: 9/10
You have an easy flash farming skill with Fan of Knives (even if I think that the damage should be a teensy bit higher), like Breathe Fire on Dragon Knight, and all the rest of the skills scream mid-ganker hero, since he needs farm and level to do his best. The ultimate skill is also perfect on ganking because it gives easier roaming power and initiation. I think the ultimate can have a slightly longer duration, but it�s already really good, great mid-hero!
Lore: 4/10
I think the lore really lacks �driving force�, it feels like it�s just a template story in very generic setting. There is no correlation of this hero�s lore and the dota2 setting, and it feels like without any info to the other organizations this lore also seems poorly written and less detailed. I find this odd coming from you who created splendid stories of the dota2 world, but yeah, sorry.
Item Synergy: 8/10
Albeit really synergistic with the hero and generally useful for a lot of heroes, this item feels a bit like a rip-off from Daedalus. The item also seems pretty balanced because it�s in between Crystalys and Daedalus in both aspect of gold and critical damage. Nonetheless, I really love the use of Wraith Band and Perseverance, both of which would be undeniably needed for this hero.
WULFSTAN
Terathiel - I really liked the idea, but something felt lackluster. That is why originality and viability doesn't feel that good. However, I feel like he perfectly suits his role, and has a couple of synergies.
That is the reason you have a maximum grade there. I also feel that the item might be a tiny bit cheap for giving you Geminate Attack (granded, only happening 25% of the time).
