Tell you what, some of the 6.84 changes are probably from here. So it's possible that IceFrog are constantly absorbing feedbacks from here. The Q's mana cost is still too low, remember that you have 50% reduction on mana cost.

Nerfed mana cost of Q and probably some other things (i forgot them, so sorry dont kill me)
