I still don't understand about a skill that says:
Orbs effect and Buff placers does not stack

Can you guys help me?

About skills you say, well, for example, Anti-Mage's Mana Break, it's an orb that doesn't stack, that means you can't use another orbs on the hero, like Diffusal Blade or Helm of the Dominator or any other orb effects.

They just override each other.
