My advice: don't care that much about losing and winning at the beginning. To level 20 there still can be players that have no clue about Dota. You have to go through it.

You are not playing for highest ranks, KDA ratio from the start. Dota is getting enjoyable later and there is no way to bypass that. Remember that even though it may be hard to sacrifice time on losing and being like: "wtf just happened?", playing Dota is rewarding. The pure joy is delayed :)
