The Techies release date should be soon right? The wiki says before the end of August and I'd holding Valve to that. Basically I already know the answer to the question, just make this a discussion thread about the Techies for any concerns or joy that may arise from their release.

I think they want to release techies along with version 6.83 and possibly even the new source 2 engine.

I never played the original DotA, but are we ever getting any new original heroes? I'm glad that they're incorporating all of the old ones, but I'm really anxious to see some new ideas from Icefrog. I mean surely they have to have a few ideas floating around...

EDIT: By the way, I've checked out all of the unincorporated heroes from DotA and Techies is probably the least exciting of all of them :/. There is going to be so much pub rage because of these guys.

Valve is going to create new heroes once all the others are ported.
