Was checking Fleet's new Guide and noticed that rather than something like "# Votes" there's a "Guide Rating New" and in a less recent older guide, "Guide Rating 13 votes" with a full Health Bar.

How many other improvements have there been that I missed? 8{D

Yep, same here. I don't get what it means @_@
I think it's the same as the 5 bars, but is more sensitive?
So, every downvote reduce your "HP" by a little bit?

Yeah, it looks like that. Even if your Bounty Hunter guide, Yzrel, has 14 votes and mine Jakiro has 13, one the first place is the one that has apparently any downvotes. Some douchebag must have downvoted your guide, and noone downvoted mine (that's weird, because I appear to be rude to some degree). I like the new style, because it's clear and looks better.

System is the same, we just have colored sexy 'health' bars to display the rating.

Until 5 votes a guide is considered "new".

It looks like so (and that douchebag doesn't even comment), my HP bar looks like it's punched by a low leveled monster lol Anyway, yeah, I also like the new look myself.

Just on that thought actually, possibly, (not sure if this is possible) but if a viewer stays on the page for less than say 10 or so seconds and then downvotes, then it shouldn't count... just an idea.
Your new diet for heroes; You will need 4 wards (cuz wards taste better), 1 set of tangoes, 1 mango, 1 cheese.
With this you can make a nice Tango Mango Cheese platter. You can wash this all down with a nice bottle of water, Can be flavoured with red, green, yellow, blue, purple AND GOLD!
Caution: Taking roshan 3 times is required.

I think this would be really hard if not impossible to implement.

But do you guys really think this happens that much? I dont see many guides that have a low score that they dont deserve.

I was just thinking of rare possibilities. i mean we could get a sudden increase in new profiles owned by lol players.
