Don't worry. Once you start playing more and get out of the low tier thing, you'll encounter less of those idiots. Granted, you'll still see them, but they won't be anywhere near as common.
Find a group to play with and you won't be pulling your hair out dealing with it. It's a team game and this is bound to happen but soon you will be moving on from it.
They probably report you out of jealousy or the feel that you werent helping the team. But while you learn and get better and move up, they will still be sitting there in low priority.
Ignore the people that rage at you (mute in the player list) and then get on with improving, soon you will get better and get out of low priority, unfortunately people report you for really stupid things and then you end up where you don't want to be again. just stick at it, it does get better soon. :)
Its a well known fact that the low priority system is completely broken. Best thing to do is get with a buddy/buddys so you wont get random reports from people. Avoid most of the europe/asia servers as they have the highest quantity of rage-reporters. If you want, add me on steam. I know what its like to be in low priority for no reason :D.http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198036898895/
It does kind of suck at the low ends. Even when me and my buddies take up a 3/5s of the team, something always goes wrong. We had one guy who had two accounts going at once. Guy was playing Ursa and Skeleton King, just having the Skeleton King follow the Ursa around. I'm rather certain he got reported.
Either way, its the same problem that you have everywhere on the internet: No proper way to completely remove the douches from the cool people.
Fire: If it isn't solving all your problems, then you simply aren't using it enough.

I laughed at this.
I've found, (sadly), that attracting attention to yourself in a game (such as calling someone on doing something stupid, or accidentally stealing a kill from a support. <.<) tends to make people target you. =/ Its really ridiculous, but alas not much to do about it.
