So for every 3.5 seconds, you attacked twice, and apply all attack modifiers.

So basically, its like an OP Jinada, right?

2x crit for every 3.5 seconds seemed OP...

As a damage steroid it's good, but not great.

Compare it to Conjure Image, which is a flat-out 120% damage steroid.

Or Split Shot, which is a 320% damage steroid.

Geminate Attack is nowhere near there - albeit it does work with all damage, not base damage. It's a powerful ability, but nowhere near the levels of hard carry steroids. It excels on Weaver because it suits his jumpy evasive playstyle where attacking only once or twice in 3 seconds is perfectly acceptable. Put it on Alchemist and it'd be a bloody horrible ability.
There are two kinds of people in the world; those who can count, and those who can't.

When looking at geminate attack and crit you have to look at how psuedo random distribution works.
Since crit uses psuedo random the chance of actually getting 2 crits in a row is quite low because the chance to crit after another crit(or your first attack after getting the item) is just 8.5%
On the second its 17% and the third 25.5%

But even though the chance to crit on both attacks is really small, atleast now the geminate attack counts towards the next chance if it doesnt proc.

I don't think it's that overpowered at all, you're just attacking twice every few seconds, and also as stated above, the chance of scoring a critical strike with both hits is almost impossible, you need to be really lucky to do that.

Probability of scoring 2 crits in a row (assuming the pseudo-random counter is reset):

8.5/100 x 8.5/100 = 289/40000, or 0.7225% chance of occurring. That's a very low probability, and definitely not enough to make too much of an impact on the game. Double maelstrom strikes are what you need to be afraid of :3.

I dont you guys know what im talking about.

Geminate attack: attacking twice
2x crit: same as double attacking

Damage: 100
Crit: 200
Geminate attack: 200

Im basically saying that this spell is like a jinada with a shorter cooldown 😓 , not that it has insane chance of double critting

It makes a big difference, especially in early-game ganks.
