They'll be added to the database when they are relevant to the current game. Abyssal Underlord and Techies are older heroes that will be ported relatively soon and they have structured game play to document. Wyvern and Oracle will most likely be about 6 more months down the road and have no dominant play in pubs or competitive.

But what about Arc Warden sir? Arcie is not old at all, why he is there too?

I think, regardless of those that are there, we need not add any of the WC heroes that aren't in Dota 2 yet. They always gets changed slightly anyway.
