Yes, because you can upgrade it to get the "Alternative Dagon effect" and make people jealous of your extra shiny Dagon kills 8{D

I want to buy it, but the taxes make the price here to high (4x times higher than the normal price).

Already got it, the ability to buy your point gimmick is pretty thirsty of Valve. Its already a guaranteed 2mill, no need to continue monetizing it like that.

Its online so shouldnt there not be any taxes unless im just being an uneducated american? Otherwise try the market, its a few cents more expensive there.

I live in Brazil, man. Everything here has taxes.
The price at the market is the same, or the difference is minimum.
