Ethereal Blade build or a high STR, low agility build for with items like 
Desolator, 
Satanic and flat damage for great physical damage out put or a high INT, not that low STR build with items 
Shiva's Guard and utility items for a tanky build. What ever you need to be name it and Masked man can be that.
Power Treads is the most important item of all builds cause it allows stat change which allows you to switch between two attribute skills. Power Treads. Power Treads and some of the following items: Shiva's Guard, 
Blade Mail, 
Crimson Guard, 
Scythe of Vyse, 
Eye of Skadi and 
Linken's Sphere. At this point you keep power treads on agility to keep strength as the lowest stat, suddenly you are ganked so you can either: Change stats to STR then steal their attack speed with agility weakness, change the stats again and tank the damage with Titanium strength or root them with strength weakness then escape with keen warrior. You see lots of possibilities for different builds.
