Create new lobby, enable cheats in options, go into doto, give yourself some gold to buy diffusal or blademail. The cheat commands are on the dota 2 wiki site.

Go to create lobby and Enable Cheats (in the settings at the bottom). You and a friend chose a slot, so it will be 1v1. When in game type "-gold 30000" to give you that money and buy the items. Meet somewhere and try it out.

P.S. I don't think it will, it isn't a buff, it is a spiky suit of armour...

you dont need a friend, you can just use -createhero chaos_knight enemy
also -allvision and -wtf are handy.

True. Easier though.

There is a command to create items as well, so you don't need to actually buy them. "-Create_item item_name" i believe...

After a quick search on the wiki, it does say that blademail isn't able to be purged at all.

Also it is good to note that the only way to stop blademail is a Black King Bar.
