Actually, they can....just not from Items. They have their Hero's standard base magic resistance and can get more from Skills (Spell shield, etc.) and Auras (Null Field).

oh, still, stand by my point. BF sucks on anyone that isnt AM, ember, kunkka, and PA. and old school AFK farming alchemist that doesnt work anymore. ;_;
