I don't think there is really a need for it seeing how they don't give any bonuses, and they are just for looks.

One question about cosmetics, everyone can see what cosmetics you have equipped, and I right in assuming this?

Yes everyone can see the cosmetics, my point is a database so people browsing dotafire can see what items exist for cosmetics etc..

Something to think about but, not a top priority. We will likely be bringing the wiki system over and that would be a great place for this information :)
