I looked at our General Rules & Guidelines, and i wanna ask sth

Build Spamming: Or the art of creating builds faster than superman. There are guest and draft(private) features on the site. If you want to mess around use them and keep it off the public boards.

So it means we can mess around???????????????????????????????????????????

Well, *technically*, I made a troll guide for Terrorblade. The trick is to mix the trolling with enough legit info and tactical advice that people think you're serious. That being said, full-blown troll guides are generally looked down upon pretty hard.
