I dont think this guide is very good, so a few sugestions:

1. Use double [] to make your guide more appealing by creating this -> Invoker
2. The reader doesn't need copy paste description of skills or items
3. The description of how you should use your abilities is a mess and very hard to read.
4. I don't really see why you would need Bloodstone
5. Its useless leveling up your ultimate at level 7 and 12. This actually makes me think you aren't very experienced with Invoker and you are following old guides on the hero.
6. People are saying you should always have 4 early points in Quas for double forge spirits. Although I agree it is very strong, I think its fine to play Invoker in different ways.
7. For the love of everything that is holy, don't buy Radiance

"Invoker is more concerned about levels than gold"

I wholeheartedly disagree. It is true that invoker is a very, very strong hero regardless of his gold, but you will most likely not scale well into late game as a carry if you do not get items. The biggest issue with unskilled invoker players is farming. He can use alacrity to gain a strong DPS output and use Exort to help with damage to make him a strong hero without items, but he is losing out on too much growth by not getting the farm he needs to scale properly into late game. If the enemy team grabs a bkb and the supports get a pipe, your spells aren't something you can completely rely on. Working at least 2-3 major items into late game is vital. Because of this I would recommend Monkey King Bar, Daedalus, Satanic, Mjollnir, Assault Cuirass and even butterfly into your item build. Going straight intelligence items only gets you so far in DPS output.

I would also advise against a bloodstone. Getting an Aghs will help tremendously with your mana output not being depleted + help with your HP and stats + spell casting and getting any basic intelligence item like Sheep Stick, Eul's, etc. will keep your mana regeneration quite fine.

Edit: Oh and treads or arcane boots is a nice set up too depending on your match.

Playing exort invoker and not maxing forge spirit is a BIG BIG MISTAKE.
You need four level in quas for that.
So by level 12 you need atleast one point in WEX, 4 each in Quas and Exort and 1/2 in invoke depending on whether you need the cooldown reduction.

Going by your guide:
You have a weak Meteor at level 13 and below.
You have a very bad coldsnap for whole game and personally 3 levels of quas make it OP.
You only have sunstrike as the best spell you got, a spell that will kill people if they are on low health and are escaping(traditionally, that is the time one uses this spell)
You have the most pititful ghostwalk and deafening blast.
You have no effective tornado( and do you know that tornado purges all(many) buffs, runes and ultimates like that of ursa?)
Your Euls combo damge will only come out of sunstrike and a bit from meteor, so dont even use defeaning blast.
I am not a fan of radiance on anything but a farming carry. You radiance pick up is questionable.

So my suggestion is :
    Rework your exort invoker.
Make another control invoker based on quas wex.
Bifurcate you items based on skill build because orchid wont be useful if you dont play stalker inoker using QW build.

And I thought I wrote walls of text...

You could suggest using Hand of Midas on the larger creeps of the big jungle camps, I think they offer better EXP.

Only 1 point in Quas?

Cold Snap is really good.
