Oh my god this is so touching.This community's members talking about their lives after 10 years.That is like a 100 in normal years.

Just wondering if we will be around in 10 years....

I certainly be around 10 years. Maybe I won't post that much but I'll keep a look around on both PlayDota, DotaFire and Dota 2 Dev sites.

I don't plan to ever leave DOTAFire honestly, I would feel really happy and proud to see members of today in about 5-10 years :D .

Same, but who knows, DOTA 3 may be a disappointment and we could all end up on SOMETHINGELSE-fire. >8{D

People will definitely go, some becoming less active at some point.

I'm sure dota 2 (or dota itself at least, it could be dota 3 after some major overhaul but chances of that seem slim) will survive for at least 10 years though. In ten years we'll definitely see a lot of changes, especially for the competitive scene.

When DotoFIRE started btw? It's already like 4 years from it's start, isn't it?

If you want my honest opinion,these kind of communities are vanishing fast.These guys started this community when they had nobody to talk to.Nobody who could understand.The were alone,desperate for companionship of similar people.This was not a casual forum where people posted stuff.This was a way to protect their sanity.I don't think that their are many people on this forum who know what gamers were considered 10 years before.They were jeered at,called failures,waste of a life.I know, my brother faced a lot of opposition to his playing diablo and Age of empires 2.

He is still in the leaderboards somewhere....I'll post the link later.
