Not that its a bad hero.

Its a defensive hero, with almost 0 aggression capabilities

Like Omniknight?

Isn't Lullaby offensive? And don't forget you can dominate creeps. You have their spells too. Just like how Enchantress is aggressive.

Anyway, do you have any ideas on how I can change it so that it has more aggression capabilities?

Very similiar to Keeper of the Light and Omniknight.

Im not sure about ots potential untill i see him played
