Electra, the Thunder Clap




So, haven't done one of these in awhile! I kinda threw some skill ideas all into 1 hero and hoped it didn't turn out too terribly! Feedback welcome!

Health: 430
Mana: 240
Strength: 16 + 1.3
Intelligence: 22 + 2.2
Agility: 21 + 2.9 (Primary Attribute!!)
Armour: 1 (+3 from agi)
Movement Speed: 300

Q: Shocking Embrace, (channeled) (target enemy) Cast Range: 300
Electra grabs a target enemy unit, holding them in place and dealing high levels of magic damage, Electra cannot move or act during this spell, can be ended early by using the stop key. (enemy is rooted, but can still use spells, blink abilities are disabled)
Damage per Second: 100/125/150/175
Duration: 2
Cooldown: 15 Mana Cost: 150

W: Lightning Reflexes, (Passive)
Electra moves as quick as lighting, adding an evasion chance for any source of damage. If a damage source is evaded, Electra will quickly counter attack whoever tried to damage her.
Evasion Chance: 10%
Counter Attack Damage: 50/75/100/125

E: Static Tunnel, (Target Area) (Affects Enemys and Electra) (Line)
Electra creates a tunnel of static electricity in a line, dealing heavy damage per second to any enemy standing in it, and giving Electra a huge movement speed bonus while standing in it. When electra is standing in the tunnel gives her unit walking and allows her to ignore terrain providing she is in the tunnel.
Damage per Second: 25/50/75/100
Duration: 5
Width: 150
Length: 800
Movement Speed Bonus: 65% (movement speed can exceed 522 speed while in the tunnel.
Cooldown: 12/11/10/8 Mana Cost: 125

R: Thunderous Finale, (target enemy) (can target magic immune units, but will only disable and not deal damage.) Cast Range: 350
Electra flies towards the target enemy and begins performing a brutal combo of electric kicks upon her target. Pressing the R key in tempo with the kicks will deal bonus damage and if all R key presses were in tempo with said kicks a bonus finisher move will activate at the end. (electra and her target are untargetable for the duration, both electra and her target cannot act for the duration)
Normal Kick Damage: 125/175/200
Charged Kick Damage: 225/250/250
Finisher Move Damage: 300/400/500 slams the ground dealing damage to all enemies in a nearby aoe and stunning them. Stun Duration: 1/1.5/2 (does not affect the target of the ultimate)
Finisher Move AoE: 500
Duration 1/1.5/2
Kick Number: 2/3/4
Cooldown: 90/80/70

Could you explain to me the role(s) this hero plays? No offence, but I can't really picture him/her in the game (except for the Shocking Embrace and Static Tunnel combo).

kinda like Storm Spirit

i think you should change the ulti, damage and cooldown. its too long if you want to gank intensively and 425 damage for 100 sec cooldown at level 1 is very bad, assuming you want to gank intensively.

i think i can see this hero played as a ganker, and lightning reflexes gave some good abilities to offlane/mid.

however: Any source of damage? Are you drunk, mate? its like a lvl 4 backtrack at level 1 but its MUCH MUCH more powerful.
and is it like Moment of Courage bonus attack, or your body just zips out lightning?

Kay,

Porygon:
I was kinda picturing a mid laner, but as I said, it's pretty much a couple of ideas I clunked together, was thinking you could Static Tunnel into Shocking Embrace and finish off with a Thunderous Finale.

Unscathed:
Changed a couple of things accordingly. Lightning Reflexes reduced to a solid 10% chance, it pretty much deals the set damage back no matter the distance, although DoT maybe wouldn't count. Ultimate changed to a scaling cooldown, 80/70/60. And yes, mid was an intentional role and a good E,Q combo with R to finish off is good, plus the ult is pretty much a set up disable with damage.

hmmm... im not sure about the ulti damage though


but still, I liked the hero

kinda like Storm Spirit, theme wise and role wise. Mid laner, disabler, burst damage ganker. If she is less squishy she might be able to offlane.

I like it!

I really like Thunderous Finale. It's SO FUN.

However, as had been said, the role is still obscure to me.

Big changes to ult, increased cooldown, changed aoe, buffed kick damage.
While walking on Static Tunnel you know gain unit walking and ignore terrain.

TheSofa: I sort of pictured her as a mid laner and possibly an initiator with the edit to the ultimate, she can gank at lvl 6 very well and can also initiate well if she blinks ults a target and deal decent damage and stun if you get the finisher move.
