I really don't care what server you play on as long as two things happen:

1) You can communicate (well enough for an average game of Dota anyway) with your team.
2) You don't lag so bad that you end up feeding.

I don't care where you live or what server you play on, but for God's sake don't pick US East English servers and then only speak Spanish or Russian.

If your playing on a certain server because you believe those people suk, then you're not really helping yourself get any better. You do not get better from crushing noobs. You get better by playing with those of your skill level and higer. Just Freaking Stupid!

I played on US all the time, and those two complaints are not an issue for me.

I escape from SEA because they are so rude.

True as well. When I try to talk to my teammates, some burden will say "stfu noob" and proceed to play solo dota.

Where are you from, pory?

My genuine Indonesian people are ignorants who doesnt speak english and just said random swearing, which I admire the western people to be able to create a smart argument in just 8 seconds.
