Time What Is Time

Due to the recent Inhouse hype, I've been using World Time Buddy to figure out when exactly the inhouses are taking place, which is fine for me, but if there are going to be more inhouses, there might be a lot of confusion about when exactly the inhouses start which could cause people to be an hour early or late, probably missing the inhouses altogether.

The problem is, I find that people get confused about Timezones very easily, e.g. they'll post a time in 1 Timezone, but that Timezone currently only applies to fishermen in the ocean. X{D

So, Imma make demands for a new BB Code whatchamacallit:- Fairly straightforward, you set the time you want to display and then you select the server region the time applies to. It would be better to choose a timezone by chooosing the server since the region can be determined by longitude+lattitude, e.g. 49, 6 (probably...) for Luxembourg to avoid having to switch between GMT +1 and CEST. This should help as people may not be in the same region as the server and might misunderstand which timezone to use, but are much less likely to get the wrong server region. 8{3

Dunno if DOTOBuff already has a Database for this, but if not, there's plenty of free ones out there, e.g. http://timezonedb.com/
