Ya, with Riki's ult, in high level games, it is almost not even worth skilling, because high level palyers get gems for the purpose of dewarding, now you gave them a better reason for it. Like Seagull said, BH can be perma invis at level 1 +he gets bounus damage.

If it had to be reworked, I think it should work a little like blur, where he isn't shown on the minimap, so not even your wards can help unless you are looking at him, and some sort of bounus for getting the jump on other heros that his invis would give him.

I think riki needs a speed buff with the innvis, so even if they see you, you have a chance to escape
