This rune seems okay to me, although not really game changing, were as invisibility, double damage, and haste enables you to gank and/or escape, and regeneration restores your stats. Illusion... well, not much unless to trick enemies to waste spells or baiting.
This may work when enemies are disabled, but not really usefull in my opinion.
It's too weak IMO. Think of that: every hero starts with 100 IAS+agility. This rune gives 50 IAS which is not even 1.5x damage, while there's a rune that effectively doubles your white damage output. It has the same use as dd and is very situational, only bashers would make any good use of that.
I think rune of magic immunity would be great BTW.

Similar to stating rune of illusions is useless because of Manta Style.
I get your point about duration though, without Bottle it's utterly useless. As an alternative, I present super-fancy RuneofSpellBlockThatBlocksSpells(for indefinite duration, that's it)!
