LORE
In the cold land of Icewrack, a legion of the Farin kingdom was sent in a secret expedition. Erfont, leader of the forces, lead the cold legion to find a heart of power. Legend says a powerful artifact existed in the very heart of Icewrack. An artifact of power greater than the Ancient Apparition himself. After 17 long weeks trudging through the blizzard and and horrifying creatures, the barely surviving legion reached a lake. In the middle of the lake, covered by great blizzards, lies a massive stone floating and chained to the edges of the lake. The legion walked on the frozen lake and find the stone glowing teal. After some delay, a beam of frost energy lashes out at Erfont, bringing him out-cold. He blacked out for 10 minutes, and woke up with glowing blue eyes. The stone was a being of power unmatched, choosing Erfont to protect the stone and its secrets. Erfont was given great power in exchange for his loyalty. He strikes at the first soldier he saw, and commanded the power of frost to wipe the remaining legion.

He is now the Frostwielder, sworn to protect the Heart from any invaders. Anyone who seeks the Heart of Icewrack, will be the next corpse to fashion it.

"Inside the Heart, enemies feel comfortable. However, they soon realized that the comfort ends with suffering"

Erfont is a support hero with powerful slowing power. With his 3 spell combo, he could devastate an enemy team while preventing them to escape and have his team finishes the job. Hos weakness is the mana cost, and therefore he might have some problems. A good Erfont will be the bane of teamfights.

Feedback is very much appreciated, including the hero is OP or not. This is my first custom hero, and You could expect more from me in the future.

It is hard to say compleatly say if he is balanced, he makes mobility a big problem for alot of heroes, and has a lot of counters. you missed out on some information though, like how much damage does his Q do? otherwise, he is a hero that around level 3 or 4 can start helping set up kills in his lane with wraparounds, and all he needs to do is build tankey so he can survive and use his debuffs in the fights for as long as possible. I dont personally like 4 skills that do very simmiler things, even in different ways...but my opinion is the hero is decent overall, and it is very hard to balance him without having him in the game itself.

Great idea overall but there is lot of info missing:
- How much damage does Q do?
- Do many plates of frost debuffs stack on one enemy?
- Ss blizzards damage a DOT that does 25/35/45/55 per second?
- He's a stenght hero so why are his mana costs so high?

Updated. Nerfed some abilities and reduces mana cost. Improved plate of frost. Added missing descriptions. (Sorry, no time to type it all)
